Cloudflare operates a global content delivery network; requests from Europe are typically served from edge locations in Switzerland or the EEA. When the website is loaded and when the contact form (a Cloudflare Pages Function) is invoked, Cloudflare processes technical connection data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for the purposes of service provision, security, and abuse prevention. 5.Cookies and Local Storage
This website does not use any tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser's local storage is used solely to remember your language and light/dark mode preferences across visits. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Matomo are not used.
6.Fonts
This website uses the Public Sans and Newsreader typefaces. The fonts are stored locally on our server (Cloudflare) and loaded directly from there when the page loads. No connection to Google servers is made, and no personal data is transmitted to third parties.

When you contact us via our form or email, your details are stored to process your request. The form is handled by a Cloudflare Pages Function; no data is shared with further third parties unless required by law. Note: For transmitting sensitive health data, we recommend exclusively encrypted communication, e.g. via HIN (Health Info Net).
